Giles Johnston

Giles is a Chartered Engineer with a background in Operations Management who spends most of his time working on capacity planning and 'on time delivery' improvement projects. Giles gained extensive experience in all areas of manufacturing before working as a consultant for a prestigious North East based University.
In 2005 Giles decided to forge his own path and created Smartspeed, which has been helping businesses to improve their delivery performance, along with their profits, ever since.
